Plantation Harbor has your choice of amenities for the lifestyle of your choosing.

Plantation Harbor is a boater’s paradise! The neighborhood offers easy direct access to Clubfoot Creek, the Neuse River, the Pamlico Sound, the intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Owners can easily launch their boat at our private ramp to head out for a day of fishing, shrimping, or sailing.
Other amenities around the water include k ayak access, a wash facility by the boat launch, a community day dock with multiple slips, a waterside picnic area and a small nature trail.
Our clubhouse is available for community activities or may be reserved by property owners for private occasions.
Two ponds provide the enjoyment of fishing, bird watching and appreciating the turtles and deer that take advantage of the pond banks.

A pool, with lounging area and tennis courts are part of the clubhouse complex.
The roads within the community are paved and the street lights are maintained by our membership dues.
County water, land line phone service, and cable TV/phone/internet is available from independent vendors and used by most, some also use a well for household and/or outside purposes. The aquifer under PH is one of top quality and requires little or no treatment other than if you prefer soft water.
A large gated storage area is available for property owners to park their boats, RV’s, trailers, etc. when not in use.
